We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic Manager of Academic and Student Services (MASS) to join our vibrant team at Hertfordshire International College (HIC) in Hatfield.As a Manager of Academic and Student Services, you will manage the enrolment process across the College, including conducting semester census checks, and lead the maintenance and integrity of student data in both paper and electronic formats. You will also handle administration processes related to leaves of absence, extenuating circumstances, and the withdrawal and termination of students. Additionally, you will develop and maintain operational relationships with the Partner University and support various student welfare aspects such as health and safety, first aid, crisis management, student finance, and accommodation provisions. Within Academic Services, you will be responsible for managing the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for various reports required. In a management capacity, you will manage data integrity, college process and system improvements, and line manage direct reports, including their recruitment and induction.Hours of Work: Full-timeManager of Academic and Student Services Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the UK Higher Education system.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Home Office Tier 4 regulations and the OFS regulatory framework.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
