Join us as a Manager for Project management and Training and make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Position

As a Manager for Project Management and Training, you will lead, develop and empower a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Training Supporters. You will work on a new greenfield project and be part of implementing new training processes, training projects and training standards to fulfill the training requirements for a new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) facility.

The main tasks will be also to:

-Coach, develop and empower project managers to support the work packages in succeeding with deliverables and strategic goals.
-Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with our stakeholders ensuring that all activities of the team are continuously aligned with business needs and our strategy.
-Be responsible for ensuring and safeguarding our training set-up and anchoring of a new high standard to support an API facility for the future.
 

In collaboration with training supporters and work packages across the Corporate Vice President area, you will be accountable for ensuring that all business areas are successfully able to work with training standards, technologies, and solutions in an aligned and compliant way. In addition, you will lead project managers and project coordinators in their responsibility of planning, structuring and distributing deliverables towards a new API facility together with the overall work package owners.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

-A relevant academic background within organizational development, project management, training or similar field within pharmaceutical sciences  .
-Leadership skills and previous experience with informal leadership and/or project management.
-Experience working with project management with larger technical Capex projects specifically within Pharma and/or Biotech
-Excellent communication skills, and experience of working cross functionally while building relations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
-Fluent spoken & written English and preferably Danish.
 

Knowledge of training and competence development is beneficial and understanding of what it takes to drive projects and changes in project- or production environment.

As a person, you have excellent analytical abilities and thrive on solving problems systematically. You are highly organized and proactive, always striving for best practice and quality.

About the department

You will be part of the 25L Projects department. We are responsible for managing work packages within the overall project, Coordination within the work packages, Training and Environmental, Health & Safety. Our department currently consists of 20 internal and external members and will continue to grow as the project progresses. We work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where everyone’s contribution is valued and appreciated.
