If so, you could be our new Manager.The PositionYou will be leading a team of 10 lab technicians and three professionals with a mix of experienced and newly onboarded employees.Your main responsibilities will include:· Change management: Integrating the team into a new department and, subsequently, into the new stability unit.· Leadership: Guiding, coaching, and developing your team members in their tasks and professional growth.· Prioritization and resource allocation: Ensuring effective use of resources within your team.· Operational strategy: Collaborating with two other team leaders to drive the stability strategy and optimize processes related to merging three stability teams into one unit.· Coordination: Acting as the link between the “Future QC” project and the two stability teams to coordinate the movement of stability samples and implement stability processes in a new facility in Hillerød, what we call “Future QC”This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership capabilities, particularly in change management and people development, in an exciting and dynamic environment with a supportive team of employees and colleagues. We pride ourselves on offering a flexible workplace and ensuring a healthy work-life balance for all employeesQualificationsTo succeed in this position, you have:· An academic background in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry· Preferably proven people management skills.· A strong understanding of GMP and a solid LEAN mindset.· Empathy and care for others, with the ability to connect with employees, understand their needs, and foster collaboration and growth.· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.On a personal level, you bring a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for establishing structure and standards in a complex and ever-changing environment. You can translate strategy into ambitious and operational goals, prioritize effectively, and make bold decisions from a business perspective. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
