Our goal is to help our customer create the biggest production facility for insulin in Europe ever before by ensuring the safe and predictable execution of our construction and commissioning projects.As the new Manager of the C&Q Management department, you will be a part of a two-person management team overseeing approximately 30 C&Q managers and engineers. You will play an important and visible part in creating a top-tier team of commissioning managers and engineers, fostering a workplace of openness, trust, and strong values across various sites in Kalundborg and Copenhagen Area.Location Kalundborg Department Commissioning & Qualification Management

As Manager of Commissioning & Qualification Management, you’ll:
- Recruit, lead and develop our C&Q people at various levels, ensuring excellence in commissioning management.
- Develop systems and procedures within commissioning management, including planning, resource allocation, time management, and budgeting, in line with customer requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships at local sites, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
- Ensure project compliance by adhering to the NNE quality standards, including Our Model, as the foundation for execution.
- Work primarily in Kalundborg, with regular visits to our Head Office in Virum and Copenhagen portfolio sites.

- Have solid experience in the fields of construction, HSE, and commissioning, providing you with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Are structured, disciplined, adept at working within governance structures, and have a safety mindset.
- Excel in communication and stakeholder management.
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Solid experience with line and project management.
- Extensive experience in site management (Site HSE, Construction, Commissioning), preferably from pharma & biotech industries.
- Experience in setting up and developing systems and processes within the C&A area.
- Scheduling of construction and commissioning systems for managing of temporary work and installations etc.
- A proven track record in leading change projects.
- Have experience using commissioning management tools is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written.
