Now that’s making a difference.Your impactAs a Manager Finance & Performance, you’ll make an impact by:
- Advising and assisting our clients in optimising their:
Finance function as a whole (upskilling, “fit to growth”)Accounting processes, both in the transactional (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report) and last-mile monthly closing process (consolidation, fast/smart close)Enterprise Performance Management (strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting, management reporting) design and implementation (processes and models)Activity-Based Costing, Profitability Improvement, Investment analysis, etc.Participating in performance improvement projects to provide tailor-made, creative and pragmatic solutions to address complex problemsIdentifying and creatively solving complex issues for the CFO’s Office, including the design and optimisation of Target Operating ModelsManaging a multidisciplinary project team and actively participating by taking ownership for key project deliverablesDeveloping client proposals showing that you understand their requirements and are able to design a solution that meets their needsManaging client relationships and detecting commercial opportunitiesAbout youUniversity degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics or Computer Science6 to 8 years of experience in large, international corporationsConsulting and/or audit exposure is a plus, but not a requirementWorking knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following areas:AccountingFast closeEnterprise Performance ManagementStrategic planning, budgeting & forecastingManagement reportingMargin controllingFinancial modellingAuditTool certification or exposure is an asset (e.g. Tagetik, Anaplan, Board or OneStream)True team spirit and eager to work in a client-focused, quality-driven environmentReady to manage projects on a daily basis, including the team management and coaching aspects.
