As the Manager Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing of your BU, you coordinate the Manufacturing Controlling activities of your BU, managing a team of 11 Manufacturing / Plant Controllers located around the world.Manager Finance Business Partner Manufacturing – Worldwide scope – Belgium basedAs the Manager Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing of your BU, you report to the Head of Finance Business Partner of your BU and in dotted line to the Head of Finance Business Partner Manufacturing.Your main role is to coordinate the Manufacturing Controlling activities of your BU, managing a team of 11 Manufacturing / Plant Controllers located around the world.Your tasks are including Operations Planning, Financial & Operational Controls, Reporting & Analysis, Regional Profitability Management and Leadership :

• Managing, developing and animating a team of 11 Manufacturing Controllers (4 direct, 7 indirect) working in the local Plants over the world (by punctually visiting them)
• Working closely with cross-functional leadership teams across the organization at a Plant, BU & group level (Operations, Manufacturing finance, Group finance, …)
• Coordinating 3-year operational objective development plan in line with the group & BU objectives taking into account the financial risks & opportunities
• Reviewing and consolidating plant financial forecasts of the BU following group guidelines
• Reporting and communicating the closing results to the operational and financial leadership teams
• Overseeing the Cost Performance Tracker process, ensuring monthly tracking of all projects
• Driving a performance culture in operations with weekly follow-up and anticipation of monthly results and supporting the Plant Controllers in leading actions to achieve targets and mitigate risks
• Owning the financial aspects of the CAPEX process for BU projects and actively participating in capex opportunity and feasibility studies
• Reviewing standard costing implemented in SAP/BPC and ensuring alignment on method and timing for production cost calculation and other industrial cost booking and forecasting
• Monitoring effective internal controls, data integrity, asset protection, and adherence to group policies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance / Management / Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of Financial experience in an international company (audit background is a plus)
• Manufacturing / Industrial / Plant Controlling experience is a must (with good understanding of standard costing, manufacturing performance, …)
• People management experience is a must
• Fluency in English & Dutch
• Analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Good Business Partnering and communication skills
• Willing to evolve in a growing international company
• Open to travel occasionally to visit the local plants under your scope.
