Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM data strategy, governance, and execution for both internal and client-facing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Leverage expertise in Salesforce and other CRM platforms to suggest and supervise data model improvements, workflows, and new dashboards. 
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making for clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage and mentor a team of data specialists, ensuring workload prioritization, efficient resource allocation, and professional growth. 
  • Support both ICT teams and business stakeholders, including C-level executives, finding the proper analytical approach to support client’s strategic goals and assessing potential gaps within existing data model.
