Job DescriptionThe role of the Contract Manager is an operational role whose primary function is being an advisor and business partner to the Iberia Cluster to better contract with external stakeholders, providing guidance to all functions on contract related matters.It requires:
A proactive hands-on approach, capacity to work with autonomy, and “business partner” mentality.CONTRACT MANAGEMENT * Serve as primary contract manager of the Iberia Cluster (Spain and Portugal). Prepare, and review agreements (e.g. clinical trial, healthcare related agreements, commercial agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, CDA, etc.).
Provides support on corporate administration activities (BoD, Shareholders meeting, Power of Attorney etc.) coordinating with legal Corporate function where appropriate. * Clinical Trials: supports and provides guidance, within the Clinical Trials framework, on contractual and legal related activities/matters acting as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders.LEGALClosely collaborate and support the Legal function on Iberia Cluster legal matters, contracts, and general corporate and pharmaceutical law in relation to commercialization of biopharmaceutical products, including sales, marketing, and distribution, as well as medical affairs activities.COMPLIANCEClosely collaborate and support the Compliance function on Iberia Cluster on compliance and governance risk pertaining to the commercialization of biopharmaceutical products, including sales, marketing, and distribution, as well as medical affairs activities.
