Job Description:Within the Global Market Operations department, you join the OTC Derivatives Collateral Management team.Your daily duties include:

• Manage fully OTC and REPO margin calls (cash or securities);
• Perform margin call calculation, send and receive notifications, trade with counterparties, cash and securities settlement;
• Manage portfolio reconciliation with counterparties (analysis and monitoring of variances in collaboration with the Results Department / Front-Office / Middle-Office/Risk teams);
• Monitor the negotiation of legal contracts and input into the management system;
• Negotiate and exchange with counterparties.

You follow and resolve cash outstanding on your perimeter and respond to requests from the various internal departments by email or file production in particular. You are also required to intervene in the implementation and monitoring of the various regulations (reporting of deviations above the regulatory threshold to the European or US regulator, monitoring of regulatory changes, contribution to the user need expression and acceptance phases during the deployment of system changes).As a collateral management employee, you participate in the implementation of the Global Collateral division, including the REPO & SBL Collateral Management, OTC derivatives and Collateral legal management teams and the Reconciliation Disputes team.You work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does.#TransformativeFinanceThis position is based in Charenton with the ability to work from home.As a top employer, we put our people first.
