What you will do
You will support the success of “Accelerate” by executing the program’s global process management activities.

Implement process-related standards, guidelines, principles, tools, metrics, and methodologies including establishing standards of quality for process documentation.

Work with the “Accelerate” program and Stryker leaders to broadly influence Stryker to a more mature process-oriented culture. Establishing when process maps, policies, and procedures need to be created.

Define and oversee business process architecture.

Facilitate process governance methods with functional business leaders, business process owners and global process governance owners.

Partner with functional business areas to create, update, and document processes while minimizing administrative burden.

Ensure processes are correctly linked together through end-to-end (E2E) scenarios.

Deliver training on business process management strategies and capabilities, partnering with the organizational change management (OCM) and training teams, to synchronize with and leverage already planned meetings, activities, and tools in the creation of necessary documentation.
Your profile
Mandatory
-
Minimum 6 years of relevant business experience in operations, corporate functions, sales or marketing.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Ideal/Nice to have
-
Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).

Experience in roles related to process management, business transformation, or operational excellence.

Proven track record in driving global or cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Certifications in tools for process mapping/modeling platforms.
