HR Manager Temporary Position in the Paris Office (French Speaker)The Paris HR Advisory team is seeking a temporary HR Manager (French speaker) to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless management of daily operations, adherence to HR policies, and the accurate application of processes for both lawyers and employees.We are looking for a candidate with a strong team spirit, an enthusiasm for cross-functional project management, and a keen interest in employment law and human resources strategy in a demanding, international environment.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, professional standards, and firm policies.
- Manage and monitor employee relations with the works council.
- Collaborate with the Global Mobility Team to manage and coordinate client or international mobility (intra-office mobility).
