What the Job is About:

As the Manager Brand Engagement, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that connect our brands with consumers. You will manage consumer engagement activities and brand activation programs to achieve our marketing and sales objectives. Your role will involve working with various touch points, including LAMP, Tobacconists, and Events/Festivals.

• Lead the Vibe: You’ll design and roll out bold brand engagement strategies for our smoke-free nicotine brands, making sure we stand out everywhere—from festivals to local hotspots.
• Create Experiences: Dream up and deliver unique consumer events, activations, and campaigns that get people talking and trying our products.
• Own the Channels: Take charge of our presence in key places (think LAMP, tobacconists, events) and find new ways to connect with our audience.
• Maximize Impact: Use your creativity and data skills to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and make every euro of our marketing budget count.
• Stay Ahead: Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and new opportunities—your fresh ideas will help us stay one step ahead.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work with awesome colleagues, agencies, and partners. You’ll learn, teach, and grow every day.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience: 5+ years in FMCG sales or marketing (bonus points for event or brand activation experience).
• Education: College or university degree.
• Mindset: You’re a self-starter, a team player, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Skills: Creative thinker, strong communicator, data-savvy, and ready to take on challenges.
• Languages: You bring English and German skills on a fluent level
