Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander, Navy Region EURAFCENT (CNRE) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE . Responsibilities You will brief evaluation findings to managers You will document results of analytical studies for manager review. You will prepare reports of manpower statistics to support decision makers. You will analyze civilian labor or manpower data in a financial management system You will examine problems or operating issues that impact an organization. You will conduct manpower assessments on a program to determine how best to meet organizational goals or objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: .1) Analyzing current and proposed manpower projections, needs and financial data to evaluate program effectiveness in achieving monetary and personnel objectives; 2)Conducting manpower estimates to analyze and assemble Activity Manpower Documents; 3) Developing reportable business metrics and briefs for leadership to measure overall program effectiveness in meeting mission requirements; and 4) Applying cost accounting by code, articulation of budgets, and different types and purposes of funding, their purpose and thresholds to assemble spend plans for current and future program needs.
