Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a professional Maître d’Hôtel to serve as a key figure and strong support for our Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will act as the RM’s right hand, ensuring daily operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Support: Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to organize shifts and workflow management.
• Operational Leadership: Directly supervising floor service and acting as the primary reference for the staff in the RM’s absence.
• Hilton Excellence: Ensuring every service detail complies with Curio Collection by Hilton international standards.
• Guest Relations: Welcoming and attending to guests, with a focus on managing preferences and feedback.

Work Experience

Requirements:

• Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English; fluency in a second foreign language is an essential requirement.
• Experience: Proven experience in 5-star hotels or luxury dining; prior experience within Hilton properties is a significant plus.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate the dining team with professional authority and a team-player mindset.
