You will contribute to the expansion of catering sales revenue. The Maître d’hôtel must also ensure compliance with and application of health and safety rules.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Professional skills and customer relations:

• Provides and supervises excellent customer care
• Advise the customer through a perfect knowledge of the products offered.
• Coordinate the activity of the team
• Prevents wastage and loss of raw materials
• Participates in inventories
• Analyses results and implements corrective actions
• Applies brand and hotel procedures and policies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP).
• Organize the covers according to business forecasts
• Pays attention to customers’ comments (follow-up)

QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED

• 2-3 years experience in the same role
• Sense of hospitality and service
• Commercial mindset
• Leadership
• Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence
• Ability to work effectively as a team and sense of initiative
• Language proficiency according to hotel needs
• Fluent in Italian & English, French is highly valued
