Maintenance Technician | Multi-Site Retail | Netherlands | A‚¬45,000

I am searching for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to support several retail locations across the Netherlands. This role requires strong electrical capability, good general maintenance skills, and the confidence to work independently across multiple stores.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.

Your Experience

* Strong electrical background (essential)
* Multi-skilled across general repairs and maintenance
* Confident in customer-facing situations
* Able to plan your workload independently
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or facilities environments is beneficial
* Calm under pressure and comfortable responding to urgent needs
* English required; Dutch a plus but not essential

Your Responsibilities

* Carry out reactive maintenance across multiple locations
* Complete basic electrical tasks such as wiring and small installations
* Handle minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks
* Communicate clearly with store teams and management
* Attend emergency call-outs when needed and ensure issues are made safe
* Support planned and preventative maintenance tasks (PPM)
* Maintain safety standards and clean working practices
* Represent the brand professionally during all site visits
