Within the Refining and Chemicals Branch (RC) of TotalEnergies, at the Antwerp Platform, we are looking for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer (m/f/x).The jobholder is in a Technological, highly automated petrochemical production environment and Seveso Site.The Maintenance Engineer belongs to the Maintenance Technology Group and is part of the Maintenance Department.The Maintenance Technology team delivers internal and external technical expertise and know-how.As Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will:General

• Be assigned to Mechanical equipment (both rotating and static).
• Handle complex issues and will work with a normal autonomy.

Safety

• Ensure that TOTALENERGIES HSEQ standards are followed in the assigned CAPEX and maintenance activities.

Performance follow-up and bad actor programs

• Follow the performance of all assigned equipment or machinery with special focus on critical equipment and ensure the improvement process to increase the reliability and the availability of the plant and to reduce maintenance cost and plant operating cost.
• Prepare and facilitate multi-disciplinary bad actor work group in order to identify the root causes. Prepare investment budget for bad actor program. Prepare and follow construction works for upgrades.

Projects

• Support the local engineering and project team. Check and advice with engineering packages. Make sure that TOTALENERGIES group specifications are implemented.
• Manage and execute assigned CAPEX projects (Replacements & Improvements).

Maintenance Methods

• Define and optimize work methods for maintenance jobs and activities as well as analyzing the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year strategy and plan including operating and investment budgets for assigned equipment (Reliability, security, operability, safety, up-to-date technologies, …)

• You have an Engineering degree (electromechanical or mechanical), a relevant technical and management experience chemical processes, project management, equipment, is a plus.
• You are adept at communication, effortlessly articulating complex ideas and fostering an environment where everyone feels heard.
• Having specialized technical knowledge and a broad knowledge of petrochemical operations, is a plus.
• You are a very good teamplayer but you can work autonomously as well.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French.
• You are willing to be on call within the Maintenance Department.
