Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Swindon area. My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.

Responsibilities:

* Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
* Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
* Undertake minor project installation tasks.
* Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Package:

* Salary: Up to GBP34,000 per annum.
* Holiday: Generous 21+8 days leave.

* Working Hours: 7:45am – 4:45pm

Requirements:

* Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
* Ability to obtain DBS
