Randstad C&P is recruiting for an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services across a range of facilities.

* Job Title: Maintenance Plumber
* Location: Belfast
* Contract: Commercial Contract
* Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP35,000 per annum

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the North East?

Responsibilities:

* Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
* Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
* Undertake minor project installation tasks.
* Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

* Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
* Knowledge of water systems and compliance standards (e.g., L8 Awareness).
* Ability to obtain DBS
