An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber in Coventry. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week, In return you will receive:
* Salary up to GBP33,000 – GBP35,000per annum
* Monday to Friday(6AM-3PM and 1PM-10PM) 40 hours per week 1 hour lunch break
* Over time available
* 23+ 8 days’ holidays
* Tools provided,1 in 6 call outs rota
* Parking on site, free parking available
* DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential
Requirements:
* NVQ level 3 will be in plumbing or pipe fitting
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM’s in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.
* NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
* Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems
* Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
* Worked on Steam Systems
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Water temperature checks
* Fire alarm testing
