Il Maintenance Planner Engineer risponde al Reliability Engineer.In questo ruolo, tu…Pianifica le attività manutentive preventive dell’area di cui è riferimento in collaborazione con i team di manutenzione, logisitica e manufacturing con un orizzonte a breve, medio e lungo termine e contribuisce all’organizzazione degli shutdown produttivi degli impiantiCrea e monitora le KPI relative alla pianificazione per definire l’aderenza al pianificatoÈ informato sull’output delle Root Cause Analysis legate alle anomalie occorse sugli impianti ed è responsabile della corretta pianificazione delle attvità correttive.Identifica con i principali stakeholder le opportunità e le priorità di manutenzione degli impianti di cui è riferimento.Supporta il processo di implementazione delle azioni di continuous improvement nella gestione dei processi manutentivi (Piani di Manutenzione Preventivi, gestione scorte/ricambi, politiche manutentive, manutenzioni correttive straordinarie, standard work operativi, etc)Assicura il mantenimento dell’affidabilità degli impianti garantendo la compliance agli standard di sicurezza e qualitàSi interfaccia con lo shopfloor per raccolta dati su programma giornaliero e identifica con i responsabili delle aree di manufacturing e logisitca le migliori soluzioni per garantire la business continuityQualifiche e competenze:Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o equivalente maturato da esperienza lavorativaForti capacità comunicativeCapacità di lavorare con successo in contesti dinamici e in continuo cambiamentoElevata flessibilità e orientamento al continuous improvementCapacità analitiche e conoscenza dei principali tool di pianificazione (Excel, Project, GANTT..)Capacità di teamworking e gestione dei conflittiQualifiche e competenze preferenziali:Esperienza lavorativa in azienda farmaceutica/ alimentare in ruolo similareClosing Date for Applications – October 11th, 2024Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
