If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.Riguardo te ed il ruolo da ricoprireLa persona che cerchiamo entrerà a far parte del dipartimento di manutenzione con l’obiettivo principale di garantire che gli interventi technici vengano completati in sicurezza, seguendo quanto previsto dalla normativa di legge e dalle linee guida della casa madre, ed entro le tempistiche concordate.La persona che svolge questo ruolo,in una realtà multiculturale e poliedrica come la nostra, ha l’opportunità di collaborare con team di varia estrazione e background. Scopo principale, oltre a garantire lo svolgimento delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, è effettuare l’analisi dei guasti e, grazie al supporto ed alla collaborazione con esperti interni ed esterni alla società, definire azioni correttive volte ad evitare il riverificarsi dello stesso malfunzionamento.L’individuazione di opportunità di miglioramenteo relative sia alle apparecchaiture stesse sia alle modalità di svolgimento delle attività rappresentano un ulteriore aspetto di interesse di chi svolge questo ruolo.Responsabilitá

• dare supporto per la risoluzione dei problemi delle apparecchiature di impianto che possono provocare ritardo,effettuare le investigazioni e l’analisi delle cause dell’evento e definire le necessarie azioni correttive
• implementare le migliori pratiche e gli standard di manutenzione sia nelle attività di manutenzione preventiva sia nel troubleshooting degli unplanned event collabirando con esperti della casa madre e consulenti esterni
• collaborare con gli altri dipartimenti (produzione, EHS, logistica,…) per la realizzazione degli interventi: garantire che vengano svolti in sicurezza, secondo i requirement di legge e della corporate e entro le tempistiche concordate.
• individuare opportunità di miglioramento per la manutenzione delle apparecchiature e/o per l’implementazione di modifiche alle apparecchiature stesse che possano condurre ad una ottimizzazione delle attività
• fornire supporto durante le attività di progetto per la parte di manutenzione

Requisiti

• Laurea magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, ingegneria elettrica, ingegneria chimica o chimica dei materiali.
• Esperienza di 3-5 anni in un ruolo simile
• Conoscenza dell’Italiano
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente)

Competenze preferenziali

• Spiccata capacità di team working
• Capacità di troubleshooting basato sui dati di processo delle apparecchiature
• Capacità di multitasking e gestione delle priorità
