Our service encourages collaborative and flexible working, whilst being committed to developing EPs professional skills. Waltham Forest EPS encourages the use of positive and evidence-based psychology to support children and families in a diverse borough while prioritising professional wellbeing.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team who:

The London Borough of Waltham Forest offers permanent staff a recruitment and retention bonus of £2000 paid annually in June and December. New recruits (permanent posts) joining us will receive £1000 on commencement and £1000 on successful completion of the first 12 months (pro rata).Waltham Forest is in the top 20 most diverse areas in the country.   • Are excellent practitioners with good communication, interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.
  • Are reliable, flexible and able to show initiative.
  • Are committed to a consultation model of service delivery and understand the issues of working within a traded environment.
  • Have a sound knowledge of evidenced based interventions.

Qualifications and Requirements:To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have professional Educational Psychology qualifications recognised by the BPS
  • have HCPC registration.
  • This post is subject to a DBS check.
