JOB TITLE: Blow Moulder/Engineer/Machine Setter

The ROLE
Our Client is recruiting for a Blow-Moulding machine setter to join their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture blow moulded containers. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
*Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment
*Job change machines
*Tool change machines
*Maximise run time of allocated production lines
*Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastage

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;
*Mechanical background
*A desire to learn the blow moulding process
*Happy to work permanent shift system
*Experience in a factory/production environment
*Confident personable approach to working in a team
SALARY: GBP28,500 to GBP32,000 depending on experience
