A family-owned peeling company for raw and fresh potato products, located in the Meulebeke region, is looking for a production operator/machine operator.As a machine operator, your tasks will be varied:

• You start the production process, operate the machines, and make adjustments as needed.
• You monitor the proper functioning of the machines and intervene where necessary.
• Troubleshoot issues or call for assistance from the technician.
• You follow the production schedule.
• You ensure the continuity of production by providing the necessary organization, coordination, and support.
• You perform administrative tasks as needed.
• It’s important that you maintain a clean and orderly workspace and comply with safety and hygiene regulations.

• You have relevant experience.
• You are able to work very independently.
• You possess some technical insight.
• You have a good command of Dutch or English.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are proactive.
• It’s a plus if you can drive a forklift.

De werkpost voorzien van materiaal en producten of de bevoorrading controleren. De werkzone reinigen en opruimen (materieel, hulpstukken, …). Producten volgens kenmerken, bestellingen en wijze van transport verpakken. Toezicht houden op de doorstroom en de voortgang van producten op een productie- of transportlijn Indien nodig elementen deblokkeren en verwijderen. Stukken monteren, assembleren en bevestigen Controleren of de assemblage correct is gebeurd (gebruik, uitzicht). Zichtbare afwijkingen aan producten opsporen, lokaliseren en ze sorteren (oppervlakte, kleur, …). Storingen opsporen en technische oplossingen bepalen voor het herstellen van het voertuig en de uitrustingen. Productieplanning en productieprogramma’s opstellen
