Machine Learning Engineer (LLM)(Visit the Barcelina office x3 days a week)Xcede are delighted to be working with one of the most commercially effective generative AI led product companies in Europe. Our client focus on building intelligent agents to enable intuitive responses across social channels, which in turn enables their own clients automate widespread customer engagement campaigns. The ultimate outcome of this is a huge customer conversion ratio, adding a huge amount of measurable profit to social network presence. Their product used by millions ever day and the impact of your work will be felt in over 150+ countries.The pre-existing Machine Learning & Engineering division is currently looking for a new Machine Learning Engineer to join their unit and continue to improve the LLMs in their core product.Responsibilities

• Improve the core AI Product. This platform supports all internal and external LLM / AI led features of the company:

• Smart Agents
• Detectors
• Co-Pilots

• Requirements
• A number of years working in a commercial setting as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer / AI Engineer
• MSc / PhD in a highly statistical subject area.
• Production level Python coding skills.
• General Machine Learning knowledge, including considerations like overfitting, etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Deep Learning Knowledge
• RAG (Retrieval augmented generation) and/or Fine-Tuning experience is appreciated.
• LLM / Large Language Model knowledge:

• Transformers
• Attention Mechanisms
