We are collaborating with a leading biotech developing technologies for biomedical AI applications in Immune-oncologyThis role can be completed 2 days onsite in either location.I am searching for ML experts, looking at those who have designed and deployed algorithms for applications on Biological data.You should have worked with one of; NGS/Multi-omics, Structural Data, Protein or Molecular Modeling data (Cheminformatics or Bioinformatics analysis).The ML Engineer’s Responsibilities

• Applications in Immunology, protein & RNA Biology, Infectious disease modelling and/or genomics
• Design, implement and deliver scalable ML/AI algorithms on local and cloud computing
• high-quality, maintainable, and modular code, documenting work for reporting and reproducibility.
• Collaborations with business development, sales activities and representing company at events.

Your Profile

• PHD or Masters with significant experience
• Studies in Machine Learning, bioinformatics or Computer science applied to biological data
• Experience with Biological Data – structural biology, -omics, protein design, molecular modelling
• Strong software engineering experience (Python, Docker, Linux).
• Strong experience using a machine learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Experience in development and deployment of ML frameworks and/or Deep Learning Methodologies
