This position will be located at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.Position Summary:
Reporting to the Global Lead I&O MADJV Integrations, the M&A I&O Solutions Specialist operates within large, complex migration projects that integrates recently acquired business into ADMs Global Technology platform and global operation service model (or segregation services with divestitures). He/she collaborates closely with project management and oversees the work of IT staff to ensure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Where ‘Day1’ services within our MADJV projects provides some initial services that allows for communication and collaboration, the actual integration project starts with preparing, designing and executing ‘Day2’ services, which completes after we have closed down and decommissioned all legacy IT systems. The Technical Integration manager helps define action items, owners, planning and execution, while ensuring the business is not interrupted during the course of the integration project. Furthermore he/she will assist project manager and implementation teams navigate through the organization, escalates potential risks to the leadership team and manages the service transition from project implementation status into daily operations.Job Responsibilities:

• Within a large and complex integration project, acts as the central representative for Infrastructure and Operations.

• During the start of the Day2 integration stages take ownership of a MADJV Implementation team, familiarize himself and the team with legacy systems, applications and IT Support services.
• Performs Discovery analysis of legacy systems, either through the available team, or using a third party provider who would be contracted for a Site Survey through a Statement of Work (SOW)
• Leads this team of technical infrastructure and application specialists to formulate and design a migration plan that uses ADM Standards
• Bridging the technical management and ownership between infrastructure, applications and interfaces
• Brings forth non-standard technical requirements to ADM’s I&O Design team, following the specific process of new design requests.
• Works with MADJV Leadership and project management to contract 3rd party services when internal resources are not available for execution. (SOW)
• Supports project management with organizational navigation and ensuring the project completes on time and within budget.
• Ensuring the integration project and service migrations occur without any unplanned outages or other business interruptions.

• Lead the service transitions from project implementation to the handover to operations including documentation and training.
• Accountable for managing quality of work delivered by the (external) implementation team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of IT Management within IT Infrastructure & Operational services
• Familiar with a diverse and generic knowledge of ERP systems, applications and interfaces
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead, manage and interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.
• Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
• Experienced with change management and escalation processes;
• Experienced with working in a plant & production environments and ability to execute taking 24/7 service operations into consideration when planning for delivery.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Regional time-zone availability and language skills where possible are desired.
