• Lead and execute complex M&A transactions, from deal origination to closure.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to clients, leveraging your industry-specific knowledge.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses, valuations, and due diligence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-7 years of M&A experience, with a strong track record in either a generalist role or specialized expertise in Food & Agriculture or Energy Transition.
• Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of market trends and valuation techniques.
• Qualifications: Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Languages: English, European language is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
