Then you could really make a difference in our Deals department!We’re looking for talented M&A Graduates to join our Deals department as of September 2025.We offer young graduates the unique opportunity to take part in a two-year (M&A) rotation programme, which allows you to work for eight months in each of our three competence groups in Belgium. In your third year, you’ll have the option to choose the competence group which best suits you.Rotation 1: Due diligence: analysing, validating and assessing buy-side or sell-side targets on the basis of historical and budgeted financials. You’ll help quantify any upsides and risks that may require the purchase price to be adjusted, while working closely with strategy, operations, HR, IT, tax and legal experts.Rotation 2: Valuation and modelling: advising clients on the valuation of a business or assets in the case of an acquisition, sale or restructuring, helping them create a business plan, or assisting them in some other type of valuation exercise.Rotation 3: Deals advisory: you will get the opportunity to be part of our Deals advisory team and work on various projects in the fields of:Corporate finance: guiding corporate and private equity clients through the complete process of a company’s acquisition or disposal, from identifying strategic opportunities to pitching potential deals through to the final price and contract negotiations.Business restructuring services: developing hands-on financial, operational and strategic restructuring solutions to help struggling businesses get back in shape and healthy companies get even stronger.Strategy and value creation: delivering comprehensive commercial due diligence services, including market review, competitive landscape analysis, and business plan evaluation, to help clients make informed investment decisions. The team also undertakes corporate projects embedded within a value creation approach, enhancing business long-term value.The rotation program will start in September 2025. On 12 March, we will organise a one-time Deals recruitment event.
