Manage the lyo equipment, carry out checks graphs and the trend of the critical parameters of the freeze-drying process, the cleaning and the testing cycles. Define the accurate operation of the systems. 2. Carry out the correct compilation and collection of GMP documentation (Batch record, logbook, paper flow chart and alarm printouts. 3. Accurately fill in the machine sheets, the daily activity recording and information transfer/shift change sheets, the sheets crafted to supervise the behavior of the machines and the related problems encountered. 4. Monitor the functioning of the company’s primary services relating to the production and distribution of fluids for pharmaceutical use (water and clean steam). 5. Check any alarms received and alert company functions of the event pertaining to them. Understand the meaning of the alarms and manage them according to the relevant procedures. 6. Look after the systems, materials and work environment, promptly sharing any anomalies to the own manager. KEYS TO SUCCESS: EDUCATION – High school diploma or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE – It is not required to have previous work experiences. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES – Physics and chemistry – Soft knowledge of pneumatic automation and refrigeration technique – Office: Word and Excel software – Team working PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Work environment safe and clean; dynamic and engaging.
