Job PurposeCel pracyOsoba ściśle współpracuje z liderem zespołu oraz z różnymi działami. Koordynuje tworzenie bezbłędnych, sprawdzonych pod względem językowym tłumaczeń poprzez proces tłumaczenia zwrotnego, weryfikacji przez ekspertów oraz sprawozdań. • Zarządzanie powierzonymi zadaniami projektowymi, wymaganiami, potrzebami, obawami, ryzykiem produkcyjnym
• Dostarczanie raportów o statusie projektów oraz bycie głównym punktem kontaktu z klientem w zakresie przydzielonych projektów
• Zapewnienie satysfakcji klienta poprzez proaktywne poszukiwanie i oferowanie rozwiązań
• Rozumienie i stosowanie się do systemu zarządzania jakością firmy

Wymagania

• Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie – będziesz pracować w międzynarodowym zespole, a język angielski jest naszym głównym językiem używanym w pracy
• Ukończone studia wyższe
• Roczne doświadczenie w koordynowaniu projektów/pracy z klientem
• Znajomość pakietu MS Office, szczególnie MS Excel
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole
• Dobra organizacja pracy
• Umiejętność działania pod presją czasu
• Umiejętności analitycznego myślenia

• Wiedza z branży lokalizacyjnej, CAT tools
