You’ll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers. Key job responsibilities Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams A day in the life The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards. You’ll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires. As a Trainer, you’ll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards. You’ll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop. You’ll be based on-site at one of our operational facilities, delivering in-person and online training to the team across a variety of shift patterns. You may also support other sites when required. You’ll work independently but will regularly liaise with key site staff and stakeholders. About the team Amazon couldn’t deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you’ll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. They are key to making Amazon more innovative and efficient. We put safety first as our people are our priority.
