Your tasks
- Lead and drive process optimization within the Supply Team
- Liaise between team members and managers in daily operations
- Provide support in implementing Supply Chain strategic objectives
- Work on projects supporting future supply activities
- Maintain the KPIs
- Provide support for the manager
- Develop excellent working relationships, networking, and communications with Supply Chain Teams and Internal Stakeholders
- Arrange logistic schedules with internal teams and customers and steer logistic capacity
- Ensure operational excellence in your team

- Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
What we expect
- You have Logistic experience in planning Land and Sea transportation
- You have a proven leadership experience (min. 3 years)
- You have fluent English language in speaking and writing (B2/C1 onwards)
- You are familiar with working in an international environment
- You have a proactive way of working, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a goal-oriented mindset, and you can work effectively under pressure
- You have a good knowledge of OTM, SAP, and other logistic-relevant systems
- You have an academic degree or equivalent professional qualification
