Job description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of the logistic supply chain operation within the specified area, including supplier compliance, warehousing, and goods delivery to the rig or other nominated destinations. This role involves close coordination with Freight Forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure safe execution and alignment with business requirements. Effective communication, adherence to core values, and meeting set objectives and KPIs are essential aspects of the role.Your responsibilities:Coordinating and planning logistics supply chain operations, including supplier compliance, warehousing, and goods delivery to designated destinations.Ensuring all tasks are planned safely to prevent injuries to personnel or equipment.Acting according to Noble’s set of core values.Communicating effectively and timely with rigs and stakeholders.Ensuring correct and sufficient documentation for all shipments using IFS and shipping documents.Driving complex logistics solutions to meet business requirements.Creating Transport Orders (TOs) and following up with suppliers/forwarders.Actively monitoring invoice queues and resolve invoices promptly to ensure timely payment.Our requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.+2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations.Proficiency in English (min.
