The role will be based in the Pianoro location and will support primarily the Coil and Industrial Wood business units although the role will cover all transactions managed through the Pianoro Site.
In this role, you will support the business with warehousing transactions and the associated system requirements ensuring accurate data and system transactions across the movement of finished goods and raw materials in EMEAI.
- Support and complete the necessary system transactions for the movement of goods across multiple ERP systems and external 3PL’s.
- Ensure any required paperwork between the locations for shipments is complete and accurate
- Ensure stock accuracy at all locations supported through
- Review of PI (perpetual inventory checks and results)
- Key support for yearly financial stock counts
- “4-Wall” reviews to ensure matching of inventory across all locations supported on different ERP/WMS systems.
- Support the execution and management of stock status through QC Holds, discontinued or other inventory status.
- Support the management of customer returns once these arrive at the controlled warehouses including status and returning into all necessary ERP/WMS..
- Work with 3PL’s and external warehouses to improve process regarding stock accuracy.
- Coordinate activities with distribution related companies and customer, which includes scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, confirming shipping, and calculating and verifying charges; transportation is typically within the domestic and international areas.
- Review, verify, and enter incoming and outgoing orders, materials, and transportation with the correct documentation, ensures paperwork is completed appropriately, and information is accurate.
- Ensure compliance with DOT (TREM), hazardous materials, EHS, and other regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with reviewing and coordinating general warehouse, inventory, or production operations, and performs a variety of functions relating to plant schedules and inventory management, by reviewing reports and shipments and other information as required.
- Two years of shipping, receiving, or transportation support experience.
- Italian, English,
- Good excel skills and EPR (AS 400, Oracle)
- Good communication and analytical skills,
