This is the ideal opportunity to join us and be part of our commitment to the health of others.Within this role you will be part of a medical service organization that supports a portfolio of over 400 different pieces of equipment, within a scope of over 125 countries. Together we will ensure that every service intervention we perform, meets the high-quality standards we conduct within Medtronic.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Monitor and observe – Identify bottlenecks, risks and waste in Service Operations processes
• Provide operational support and identify structural/recurring issues
• Identify major areas of opportunity using analytical tools and techniques
• Initiate and contribute to improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
• Define and maintain Performance Indicators
• Ensure correct priority settings for WIP and Loaner/Replacement Pools
• Product Hold support

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field in a Service or medical Devices environment
• Advanced analytical skills
• SAP – ERP Experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Fluent in English language in word and writing
