ABOUT THE ROLE –

FCE Logistics Support

Working within the operations team, your role will be pivotal to ensuring the branches needs and expectations are met and surpassed.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer needs & requirements are fully met via internal ticket system.
  • Serves customer & branches by providing product & service information & resolving product & service problems.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of problem, rectification & route cause analysis.
  • Planning logistics to include warehouse, transportation and customer services coordination
  • External and internal liaison and negotiations with hauliers, warehouse staff, colleagues and other departments
  • Ensure branches & customers are kept regularly updated on the status of their orders

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 4.30pm

Working Hours: 37.5

Breaks: 30min

ABOUT YOU –

  • Highly organised & flexible with a calm, can-do approach
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • Used to working with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work using their own initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Experienced user of Kerridge would be desirable
  • Strong skills with all Microsoft office applications (excel, word, outlook and access)
