You will get a chance to work independent with own projects together with a team.Our team is responsible for the transport execution of general cargo shipments for our Onshore wind projects. This includes Standard freight (e.g. truck and container) as well as oversize cargo (e.g. Flatbed trucks, flats etc.) both exports, import and 3rd party shipments.Your responsibilities will include:Work with all shipping modes sea/rail/air/road worldwidePreparing shipping documentationIssue of Purchase Order numberWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal flow of goodsAside from the operational aspects, you play a key role in pushing for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing related to operational excellence, budget, quality etc.You act as technical counterpart to procurement organization during tender and contract negationsYou will have weekly project related meetings, related to on-time delivery of projectsWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has a degree in transport, freight forwarder or similar and you have some years of experience as a freight forwarder whether it is within sea, air or road transport. Furthermore, it is highly advantageous if you have previously worked with Project Management.To succeed in this role you:Know your way around the office packages and if you have some experience with SAP, it is an advantagePossess exceptional communication skills and are capable of building good relationships across all levels of business, within different culturesCan carry out your tasks in a dynamic and hectic environmentAre fluent in English, both spoken and written’Are structured and pay excellent attention to detailAre proactive – and have a hands-on mindset and can lead a changeWe are looking for a passionate, positive and flexible person, who would love a job with a lot of contact to external transport companies and a service minded person for our internal customers and stakeholders.Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results.
