In today’s “always on” world, we believe it’s crucial to establish a genuine connection with your work. We are currently searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to manage and optimize the distribution of products across our supply chain network. This job description outlines the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role. Key Responsibilities
-Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including monitoring and clearing shipment backlogs.
-Oversee daily delivery releases and provide accurate shipping instructions to 3PL warehouse partners.
-Coordinate closely with 3PL warehouses to ensure all orders are shipped on schedule and meet customer and operational requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to arrange and execute shipment plans.
-Work with cross-functional parties to troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues, including product quality concerns, shipment discrepancies, special order requirements, material expedites, strategic goods import/export compliance, and SAP-related matters.
-Ensure data accuracy for all inbound and outbound shipments and complete timely system updates.
-Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical stock checks.
-Proficient in ERP systems and able to perform logistics-related transactions effectively.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
-Preferably at least five years of experience in a supply chain environment.
-Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems, including SAP and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
-Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP, is preferred.
-Experience as a planner or material controller in a system-driven environment.
-Analytical problem-solving abilities.
-Fluency in written and verbal English.
-Ability to maintain excellent customer service levels even under pressure; stress resistant.
-Strong communication skills.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
-Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Flexible, enthusiastic, and positive attitude; works well as part of a team.
