Job Description:A temporary position as a Local VSM Quality Management for WideBody Constituent Assy’s has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).As part of the QRX team, you will be part of the VSM Quality team for WideBody Constituent Assembly Plants (Cadiz, Illescas, Getafe, Saint Eloi) and associated Buy perimeters. (VSM: Value Stream Management)RESPONSABILITIES:– You will represent the Quality function within the WB Local VSM for WB Programme, for the Constituent Assembly plants.– You will contribute to the Quality Performance Management and for the above described perimeter, acting as the key Quality interface within VSM Multifunctional teams (Plant, Procurement, Engineering…) for the assigned Work Packages.– You will ensure complex problem solving, using PPS techniques, in order to tackle Quality Escapes (QSR, SARI, Top Irritants, …) and management of Improvement Projects, in Time, Cost, Scope and Quality.– You will contribute to the Quality First @WB project, which manages a multi year Quality improvement and transformation portfolio, serving the Operations (O) and Programme (B) 2025 ambitions.SKILLS:Be ready to discover a variety of topics, some unprecedentedEvolve in a mutli-cultural environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills on different working and management levelsGood organizational talent and project & portfolio management skillsMFT experienceExperience in Quality and/or Production environment (at least 2 years), with understanding of operational priorities, in a plant or in FALs.Fluent in EnglishFluent in Spanish (or willing to become fluent)French would be a plusWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
