Our story: Just Eat Takeaway.com is better known in Austria as Lieferando. We are looking for a Local Hero Manager (m/f/d) to expand and support a specific segment of our partners in Vienna. This position offers a unique chance to actively shape the future of local partner management.

Your Job

As Local Hero Manager (m/f/d), you are the face of Lieferando for our specially selected “Local Heroes” in Vienna. This exciting role is a dynamic combination of acquisition and account management, offering you the opportunity to both forge new partnerships and lead existing ones to success.

• Account Management: You personally manage an exclusive portfolio of our most important “Local Heroes” on-site in Vienna. Your goal is to maximize the order volume and presence of these partners by providing expert advice, increasing their performance on Lieferando, and selling our up-selling and cross-selling products (e.g., TopRank, Super Deals, or photoshoots). You are the strategic point of contact who covers their needs and extracts the full potential from every partnership.
• Acquisition: You actively win new SMB top partners in Vienna who have the potential to become our next “Local Heroes.” You work in the field, convincing prospects in person and closing new contracts to strategically expand our partner network.
• Interface: You are a key link between our local partners and internal teams. In case of issues, you collaborate with other departments and launch new projects with creative ideas.
• Development: Your feedback is crucial for continuously improving processes and strategies. At the same time, you should bring openness to change and high adaptability, as we will develop this new model together.

Your Profile

• You are the ideal candidate if you embody an empathic salesperson with an eye for new opportunities and sustainable relationship management, and you are passionate about building and maintaining partnerships.
• You bring extensive experience in Account Management, ideally with a focus on relationship building.
• Your online affinity and IT skills are excellent, and you are proficient in using Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.). You also have very good knowledge of Salesforce.
• You are goal-oriented and analytical, enjoying reaching and exceeding ambitious sales targets with your partners.
• You are familiar with the Austrian gastronomy industry and have a feel for local specifics in Vienna.
• You are characterized by a quick grasp of new concepts and strong communication skills to inspire both partners and colleagues.
• With your stress-resistant, positive nature and sense of humor, you fit perfectly into our ambitious team.
• You are a role model and a true team player, known for your hands-on mentality, supporting your colleagues wherever you can.
• You are flexible and open to an evolving work environment and ready to actively contribute to the team’s success.
• You speak German and English fluently or at a native level; additional languages are a plus.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, international, and diverse environment and are ready to spend at least 80% of your time in the field in Vienna with a company car.
• You hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
