Job Description:As the Lifecycle Services Manager Measurement and Solutions, you will be responsible for Operational and Commercial management of the Customer Service team, combined with a broad involvement in the development of service business. Your part will be to ensure the department has the right people in the right place (on customer site) with expertise to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Securing customer satisfaction by recognizing and addressing their operational needs in a customer minded environment.
  • Responsible for budgeting, cost center control, financial reporting and forecasting of service business related the Service organization.
  • Improving efficiency by implementing proven methods, standards, and tools.
  • Development and coaching of engineers to achieve a high level of performance and behavior.
  • Active role in selling services, both personal and in cooperation with local sales force.
  • Analyzing market/customer needs, develop the vital service portfolio.

  • Technical diploma or equivalent level of education
  • 5 + years hands proven experience in line / people management role.
  • 5 + years’ experience in the domain of customer services.
  • Knowledge of basic fundamentals for measuring principles.
  • Good communications skills, fluent Italian and good English

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Proven experience from Process Industry, Service Company, Industrial Company.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory norms & decrees.
  • Basic Financial Training.
  • Business minded and commercial skills.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams is ideal!
