Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.Currently seeking Italian Life Sciences Service Manager who will be responsible for Manage and drive service team provide excellent support to our customers and drive service to business revenue.In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Customer Satisfaction in all aspects of the job
• Understands customer perception and the associated business impacts
• Drives a sense of urgency in the Team to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly
• Drive and control all KPI assigned to the team
• Develop business to grant to reach the country target
• Develops the promotion/opportunity detection and consulting skills of team

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
• Proven Experience leading teams with more than 10 people
• Ability to work in an organizational matrix and make decisions
• Fluent in Italian and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Proved experience managing team working on scientific instrument on life sciences or clinical market
• Fluent in French
