What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the class teacher with delivering lessons across the curriculum.
- Working with individual students or small groups to help them with their learning.
- Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they can fully participate in lessons.
- Preparing classroom resources and helping organise activities.
- Keeping track of students’ progress and providing feedback to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and colleagues.
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting students.
