• Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher with delivering lessons across the curriculum.
• Working with individual students or small groups to help them with their learning.
• Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they can fully participate in lessons.
• Preparing classroom resources and helping organise activities.
• Keeping track of students’ progress and providing feedback to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and colleagues.
• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting students.
