September start S10As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to pupils.
A successful Teaching Assistant candidate would:
- Have experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant either in mainstream schools or any other alternative provision.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
- Have a history of working as a Teaching Assistant with students with challenging behaviour, autism, SEMH.
- Have a confident, caring, and assertive personality
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Have good behaviour management skills
- A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
What we need from you:
- To be currently available for full time employment.
- 2x references.
- A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
