We offer flexible working hours: standard hours for 3 days, 8 AM to 5 PM for 5 days, or 7 AM to 6 PM for 4 days. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children.Responsibilities: * Support nursery staff in daily operations

• Deliver exceptional care and engaging learning experiences
• Foster children’s emotional, physical, and social development
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth room operations
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Adhere to nursery policies, safeguarding practices, and health & safety protocols

What We’re Looking For: * Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience in a busy Early Years setting
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
