Specializing in everything from airfare and cruises to amusement parks and vacation packages, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.Role DescriptionPart-time, Full- time, Self Determined ScheduleWhat You’ll Do– **Client Consultation**: Discuss itinerary options with clients and suggest destinations, transportation methods, and lodging possibilities based on their interests.
– **Booking**: Make reservations for air travel, car rentals, lodging, excursions, and activities, ensuring all preferences are met.
– **Payment Coordination**: Manage payment schedules for itinerary packages and process authorized payments.
– **Price Quoting**: Provide potential clients with comprehensive price quotes for destination packages.
– **Itinerary Organization**: Deliver cohesive and well-organized itinerary materials to clients.As a Consultant, you’ll assist clients with reservations, customer service issues, car rentals, and travel arrangements, all while providing superior customer service. You’ll also develop sales skills, increase sales, and offer clients the best travel experiences possible.Qualifications– **No Experience Necessary**: We’ll teach you how to make travel reservations, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
– **Customer Service Aptitude**: A passion for helping clients and providing personalized experiences.
– **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
– **Organization & Attention to Detail**: High levels of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
– **Travel Experience**: Experience traveling to multiple domestic and international destinations.
– **Independence**: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
