Spark Legal and Policy Consulting is looking to recruit pro-active and highly motivated trainees to strengthen the team on a full-time basis, starting from Summer 2024. The successful candidates will be based in our Brussels office.
As a trainee at Spark you will, amongst other things, engage in the following tasks:
- Assisting with the acquisition of new projects and studies through tendering
- Assisting with project management of projects and studies, including the coordination of cross-border research teams
- Conducting legal and policy research and analysis, and reporting on findings
- Communicating with a wide range of high-profile experts and clients

- At least a Master’s Degree in Law
- a passion for and deep understanding of EU law and policy
- Excellent research and analysis skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills
- A stage/internship or other work experience at the EU institutions is a plus
